Our shoes are designed with a barefoot-inspired fit, allowing natural foot movement, better posture, and superior comfort.
Our barefoot shoes are crafted with high-quality materials to ensure maximum comfort, durability, and performance.
- Upper Material: Made from premium polyester, providing a durable, flexible, and comfortable fit.
- Sole Material: Constructed with organic rubber, offering excellent grip and flexibility for natural movement.
- Winter Shoes: Designed with the same grippy organic rubber sole, but lined with a warm insole combining EVA and wadding for added insulation in colder seasons.

Absolutely! Our barefoot shoes feature a wide toe box, allowing your toes to spread naturally for maximum comfort.
Some of our barefoot shoe models arewaterproof, while others are not. If you're unsure about a specific pair, check the product description or reach out to our customer service team at contact@alpine-footwear.com for more details.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
🧼 Hand Washing Only
- Remove insoles and laces – Clean them separately.
- Prepare a cleaning solution – Mix a small amount of mild detergent with warm water.
- Gently scrub – Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the shoes, focusing on dirty areas. Avoid scrubbing too hard.
- Rinse thoroughly – Use clean water to remove all soap residue.
- Air dry – Stuff shoes with newspaper or a towel to maintain shape and absorb moisture. Let them air dry in a well-ventilated area.
🧽 Cleaning Insoles & Laces
- Insoles: Hand wash with mild detergent, rinse well, and air dry.
- Laces: Hand wash or place in a mesh bag and machine wash on a gentle cycle.
To keep your shoes in great condition, avoid the following:
❌ Machine washing – Washing machines can damage the materials and structure of barefoot shoes. Always hand wash instead.
❌ Direct heat drying – Avoid drying in direct sunlight, near heaters, or using a dryer. Let them air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
ORDER & SHIPPING

Yes, we offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products! Unfortunately, we can’t expedite international shipping or customs clearance, so delays may occur beyond our control.

If you’ve received a shipping notification, please allow 1 to 6 working days for tracking details to update.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy remember that we will refund the entire order within 5 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
1.Send us an email tocontact@alpine-footwear.comand let us know that you wish to return the order or parts of it to us.
2.Ask our customer service if we can accept the return. You can also provide a return address (note: it's not the address) on our website.
3.If we can accept the return (within the accepted timeframe), follow the instructions below. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
4.Send the package to the return address you have received from our customer service.
5.Send the Track & Track code to our customer service.
6.Once your package is received and inspected within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the payment method you paid for the products.
Take a photo showing the poor quality of the item or the damaged part. It is best to take the photos from a flat surface where the label and defect can be easily seen.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product by email: contact@alpine-footwear.com. After this period, the product will be returned to you.
